McCorkle K-8 Academy cooled off the desert heat in this last week of April by transforming its campus into a premier aquatic playground for its annual Water Field Day. This highly anticipated event served as a celebration of the school year’s hard work, utilizing water-themed outdoor activities to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and social-emotional growth for students across all grade levels.

School Photos - Literacy Month

September is National Literacy Month. This colorful, student-centered space offers quiet areas, collaborative zones, access to technology, and cozy nooks for Mustangs to enjoy. From story time and makerspace to displaying student artwork and projects, the library is a hub of creativity, learning, and connection. It’s also a welcoming space for staff planning, meetings, and special lessons—making it a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and loved.
